Heat mapping and territory analysis for Repair centres. By mapping Risk per Postcode, we were able to find the various Centre of Gravity locations so that repair centres could be placed in the most convenient locations - central to where they were most needed
This was an extension of the work already started with SMART repairs
A challenging task to identify potential NEW franchise locations.
Census data (population and competitor info) was combined to understand WHERE in Australia the best location for potential new stores would be found.
Using a unique "cookie cutter" approach, rings of 5, 10, 20km around every suburb in Australia were calculated so that look-alike suburbs could be identified and matched with the demographics of existing, successful stores
Flyer distribution targets and language demographics.
The surrounding suburbs of the club were analysed to identify WHERE the most likely areas for flyer distribution were located that would provide the best response.
Characteristics of family size, language spoken and distance from the club were all utilised to find the best "bang-for-your-buck" in terms of letterbox drops
All of the above companies provided interesting and challenging problems to overcome. Each one needed a unique approach and some complex problem solving techniques in order to meet their needs.
